豆腐和猪肉这么做是绝配,一上桌就被孩子抢光了

  吃货小编这次带来的是客家酿豆腐
  豆腐包含着猪肉一起蒸熟
  入口时豆腐的嫩滑与猪肉的鲜香一同进入
  还有青翠诱人的小葱相伴,完美!

  准备食材
  1块豆腐
  80克猪肉末
  30克咸鱼
  1茶匙生姜末
  2茶匙料酒
  适量白胡椒粉
  一小茶匙盐
  1把葱
  料汁
  1汤匙耗油,1茶匙老抽,1汤匙玉米淀粉,少许盐和白胡椒粉。
  具体步骤
  1咸鱼去皮,剁碎,和猪肉末、生姜末碗中拌匀。再加入料酒、盐和胡椒粉,拌匀。

  2豆腐切方块,每块豆腐上舀出1茶匙,来放咸鱼肉末。

  3舀一勺咸鱼肉末放在豆腐块的中间,放入锅中蒸十分钟左右,蒸熟。

  4蒸豆腐同时,玉米淀粉用水勾芡成浆,葱切葱花。豆腐蒸好后,小心取出盘子。

  5锅开火,倒水,放耗油和老抽,加点盐和白胡椒粉调味,倒入淀粉液,搅拌,煮至浓稠时关火,浇在豆腐上,撒上葱花。
