高频导磁体在高频淬火加热中实际应用

导磁体使用方法:
导磁体紧密排列卡嵌在感应器上,开口向工件,形成磁力线闭合通路。聚焦了环绕在感应器上旋转的磁力线,驱使电流由开口强进与工件表面。达到瞬间淬火工业要求。
一般淬火分为3类:
一:平面淬火

使用平面导磁体淬火工件表面,导磁体的规格根据铜管感应器大小而定。
二:内孔淬火(工件内壁)

内孔导磁体与平面导磁体不同,平面导磁体排列在一起是一条直线,内孔和外圆排列在一起是一个圆形,如果感应器内圆直径过小,卡不进导磁体,一般使用导磁体粉。
 
三:外圆淬火

工件在感应器内部,导磁体由外向里卡进铜管,U型开口面对工件形成一个圆圈。
